We provide owners of primarily residential property (Homes) that have decided to sell their property the lowest possible Realtor Commission by having top Licensed Realtors in their area bid against each other for the listing rights. We are open to any and all idea's anything goes!

4. Watch as the bids come in from top realtors in your area all trying to earn you listing

A property owner should never just sign with a realtor *************FOCUS ON THIS *******let them compete for the right to earn your business.
Focus should be we will save the seller valuable commission dollars by letting the best local area realtors compete to list their property.
Pay the lowest commission rate possible when selling you home
