Contest Brief

We need someone to prepare 4 different generic contract templates that we can use with anyone. The contract templates should be categorized as below:
1. Borrowing and lending items (this should be a generic contract for 2 parties to borrow and lend items such as shoes, TVs, Xbox or anything). The contract should have blank space for borrower, and lender’s names, and item, item description, borrowing date, returning date, and an additional section for adding more clauses
2. Borrowing and lending Money/cash(this should be a generic contract for 2 parties to borrow and lend money). The contract should have blank space for borrower and lender’s names, and amount of money/cash, borrowing date, returning date, interest %, and lump sum interest amount, and an additional section for adding more clauses
3. House/Room leasing (this should be a generic contract for 2 parties to rent and lease a property either a room, house, unit, or a parking garage). The contract should have blank space for the land lord, and tenant’s names, and the property address, room number, renting start and end date, deposit amount, rent amount, and blank space for any other terms and conditions
4. Labor / freelancer contracts (this should be a generic contract for 2 parties to enter into an agreement to perform any type of work, such has lawn mowing, house painting, gardening, car washing) The contact should have blank space for the employer and freelancer’s names, the work to be performed, description of the work, compensation, work frequency, start and end date, acceptable condition for final work result

    $35 total, because you can basically just pull some contracts from the internet and modify them. It wouldn't even take more than an hour to do.
