I need an action hook written for whmcs. It needs to be placed in the hook AfterShoppingCartCheckout. The hook needs to cause an additional flat fee and percent fee to be added to the purchase of my voip products. I need the additional fees to operate the same way taxes currently operate in the order procedure. In the viewable description of each fee's charge I need a link (target=blank) placed to explain why the fee exists. In the php function where you would place the product id tag to cause the charge to only effect that certain product you may leave the generic [product id tag].
