The Caller ID information such as Caller's name and phone number that comes 'riding' on the incoming phone call rings to our office have to be 'captured' and used to 'search' a MySQL database of our customers on the Server and any resulting 'matches' should bring all necessary additional details and be displayed on the Workstation monitor. We have a current system which does the same thing but uses the MS Access 2007 database system. The latest version of our Enterprise software system now uses a MySQL database.. Therefore for our Caller ID software system to continue to operate, new software has to written. A programmer with some familiarity with telephony structure and Python software should be able to handle this project.
We need to create a monitoring on the hosts, clusters and VMs managed by a VMware vSphere vCenter. Need to configure the Grafana Dashboard and everything related (Dashboard, Telegraf, etc..) VSphere vCenter user is provided with the required roles, if possible, only read-only.
