We have an industrial cement mixer at our precast factory. We would like to engineer a pneumatic clutch into the motor/gearbox connection for Lock Out Tag Out/Confined Space Entry. Basically, when the compressed air is locked out the motor shaft disengages from the gearbox.

I need a firmware for faculty for the arduino to communicate with the CH376S (via UART) and write a text file located on a DS card drive connected to the CH376S, when connecting the Pen Drive to the USB connector of the CH376S they are transferred to the pen drive the file: Temperature, date and time saved on the SD card separated by date.txt. Dear sir or madam. I would need help with programming. I already have an arduino program for my design (pcb with atmega328 ic) - it is about temperature regulation and also I use 1.3inch lcd display with ST7789 board for showing data. The problem is that if the screen freezes, it doesn’t refresh automatically and stays freezed (I need to unplug and plug again the power). I would probably need separate program for the screen, which would recognize when the screen freezes and then refresh it. Or do you maybe know any other solution? I hope that someone could help me. This system is now broken. This works with a HMI touchscreen. The manufacturer does not respond back, so we need to make a new solution. I am thinking about a arduino/esp32 for the coding. The first is ATV This is a functional model of a 4WD rover. I need this model to be print ready. There should not be anything left inside it. It will be printed hollow. The rover base should be replaced with the second attached file (Arduino 4WD rover base). To get the rover model to fit to the base there will need to be changes to any or all of the length, width and height of the rover.
