Hola, Estoy realizando una tienda online con Woocommerce y quiero conectarla con Bigbuy a través del plugin. He realizado todas los ajustes pero me da error en la tarea cron que he realizado con IONOS. Se tiene que programar la tarea cron cada minuto (yo he programado la tarea tal como pone en el plugin conectando por SSH, ya que en el servidor no te da la opción de programarla en el Panel de Control). Se llega a sincronizar pero no consigo que me suba los productos, solo me sube las categorías. El encargo sería revisar donde esta el error y programar correctamente el Cron para que funcione correctamente con BigBuy para poder realizar la importación y sincronización de productos

There is a synchronization problem between BigBuy and my prestashop, so I talked to BigBuy customer support and they told me it's because I used Plesk to set up my server. Hi Jbarberd, I need help with my Plesk (currently with two Wordpress/Woo installs). Webpages are slow and often times unresponsive. I have a plugin called Bigbuy that has one cronjob for every website that may be the culprit. Main reason is I wanted to use NginX instead of Apache, but that gave me even more errors. I then reverted to only Apache, but some errors stayed. I have no knowledge of what i’m really doing so maybe you can fix this vps and let websites run on Nginx? Also, I upgraded from php 7.3 to 7.4, but that is fine i think. Maybe 3 hours will do it? Cheers!
