I need an expert on apache/tomcat for tuning a web application which is currently struggling in an environment with enough resources. The infrastructure envolved is an Apache 2.2.23 + OpenSSL with mod_jk 1.2.32 as frontend/loadbalancer/ssl termination with Tomcat 6.0.29 in the backend, with an application that uses Sun JVM 1.6 and BlazeDS. Searching for a long-term (4-8 months) collaborator to help with flex/java coding on an online football game project. The architecture is ready and the developer will work on puncture tasks lead by the system architect. Experience in BlazeDS and Spring is a plus but not a must. The design part of the game is mostly done, work consist of developing the functionality and putting the design head to head. The fun part is linking flex front-end with a java server and using Spring for contexts and BlazeDS for serialization/deserialization. Please provide references when bidding.

We need an SNMP library that can be called from a Flex Application. We cannot use remoting / BlazeDS, because the SNMP call needs to be made from the client. ## Deliverables This library must be self-contained. We cannot install anything on the machine other than the Flash application. Remoting will not work b/c the client needs to make the connection to the local machine to query using SNMP. This library must support SNMPv1,v2. SNMPv3 is a plus but it is not a requirement for this project.
