I have a 2-foot cantilever that is 20 feet long and goes up two levels in my house, and it contains my kitchen. The second-floor joists rest on a 6"x12"x20' beam in my kitchen ceiling with a post in the middle, and the joists span 13 feet to a support wall in the center of the house. I would like to replace this beam with one that is not as tall and can span the entire 20 feet without a support in the middle, so that I can have more space in my kitchen. I need 3D models of the rooms marked on attached plan drawings. There are photos from each/room viewpoint based on which you will have to model window, doors, wall panels and ceiling decorations. Outer walls and windows and doorways is needed for the entire floor plans - even outside the viewpoints. Where possible please duplicate/re-use the windows made form the photos. If not sure about the look of a window frame outside a viewpoint, just make a plain hole in the wall. Ceiling decorations obviously can't be 100% correct, since you are modelling from photos, but it has to be believable and the overall layout has to be correct. Chief Architect - Home Designer 2021 Experience. In flat format it looks fine and the way I want it but I have the walls and ceilings wrong and I can't figure out how to fix. All the heights are incorrect. The basement is 7 feet high and the main floor is 8 feet high in ceiling heights.
