I have attached a sample vb.net project with a picturebox and two buttons. the first button will simply load an existing bitmap file of the fingerprint into the picturebox. the second button will use either a pre-existing dll or an algorithm to determine the quality score of the fingerprint image. There is a free software that can be viewed here however I am unable to get it to work with my vb.net winforms project. I am looking for programmers whom have already used this functionality in prior projects and is willing to share their algorithm/dll/api. I'm open to using open source components as long as the dependencies are clearly communicated and such products
