The bot has 3 different types of users (my client that owns the bot) 2. service owner/client (this is the owners customer) the owner being my client 3. end user - the end user is the service owners customer the service owner(2) is the one that sets up the packages and uses the bots functions he then gives the end user(3) (their customer) the service code to access the bot and their specific packages created. The end user(3) can then purchase the package they want, they can either renew an existing package they have with their username and password that has already been issued or create a new one.
