Need someone to set up a dozen git repositories on Windows VM - Explain what is needed for security (do we have to use copSSH?). All repositories are on same server, each will have a distinct name and potentially distinct permissions for different internal projects. Looking to have instructions to do others as part of bid, they should be simple instructions - a url with EXACT details is fine. Must have distinct usernames for check in / check out. I'm familiar with Mercurial but not git but looking for someone to set this up ASAP. Will be public server, you'll have administrator access to rdp - nothing but windows installed on server currently.

Sync local folder to Google Cloud Storage account using Windows port of rsync (cwRsync). Need to be able to detect changes in files within folder using FindFirstChangeNotification API, or the .NET counterpart FileSystemWatcher. I do NOT want to use Microsoft Sync Framework as it does not allow delta/partial uploading of files. Application should have icon in System Tray and right-clicking on icon should present dialog box with a "Preferences" option and "Browser" option. The Browser option should open another dialog that shows an interactive directory tree of the folder hierarchy.

I am trying to copy a 5G file? over the internet between two Windows 2003 servers using copssh and cwrsync. The rsync is running from the windows command line interpreter. The problem is that the internet connection goes down occasionally during the process and kills the rsync. I would like to have a shell loop that will restart the rsync. I already have the ability to for rsync append to the file.

a little computer task needs to be solved.. I have installed copssh + cwrsync to my windows server for it to rsync to remote servers.. rsync part is working.. I am using copssh to first tar folders for backup in server; this needs to be fixed. Please read my code here, and let me know what should be fixed. I need a easy to use GUI frontend for cwRsync. I gui needs to be able select both files and folders that the user need to backup. The GUI will also need to be able configure a start time in windows task manager. It will need to backup and restore files from remote server. Rsync knowledge is necessary. cwRsync url is ;PAGE_user_op=view_page&PAGE_id=6&MMN_position=23:23 Nasbackup is a good example of what I want to start with. Thanks James

We want to utilise rsync on 2 x Windows 2003 servers and replicate on an ongoing basis a large file directory structure in an efficient manner across a WAN. We have used the version of rsync for windows called cwrsync (on sourceforge) however the Security Permissions are not copied across for us correctly .. we get the error: "rsync: set_acl: sys_acl_set_file(., SMB_ACL_TYPE_ACCESS): Invalid argument (22)" We would like to get rsync working as it is very important that security permissions are accurately copied together with the directory and file structures. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows...
