To get customers' delivery information I use the Google Maps API on my register form that checks if they are in my radius, then if they are in the 15KM radius they are able to create an account on my website then they are able to shop and place an order, if the customer is not in the radius then they see a error message and they can not create an account and cant place an order. Currently customers are only able to create accounts from the register page, if a customer is not logged into their account they can not add items to their cart, this is done on purpose to avoid people from adding items to their cart without having an account but I would like to change this.
