My project involves Scan to BIM in Revit, and I'm looking for a service provider who can create a detailed BIM model from a point cloud. Specifically, I'm looking for someone to provide modeling-only services and apply a basic level of detail to the model, specifically LOD 300 for general modeling and LOD 400 for architectural details of window and door frames.
