I have a marketing message I send out to customers periodically which highlight a specific product. I create this document in Photoshop then cut it into three separate images and place them in an HTML format email message. Then I send this out to the customers. This normally works pretty good except many customers do not download images by default. This means that my email messages show as three separate icons. The customer has to right click on the icon and select "download images" in order to see the promo. Some customers just delete the email message because they don't want to risk downloading a virus. We use constant contact for our email send outs - we need to automate who clicks on what and then auto populates an excel spread sheet - the manual process is killing us. And no body in that world offers analytics that provide who clicks on what - basically an eblast stat report down to who clicked on what banner - Not the IP address - but the subscriber's name and email address.
