Hi, I need a website like memebase.com. This should be a simple page where you can create a meme just like in (LOL Builder -> basic builder). User could pick a background template for his meme, image for his meme, and post a text for his meme. Then he uploads his meme to a pending memes site - the best of pending memes (other users are voting and picking the best memes) are published on a main site. It could look like This website should be easily edited by an admins that arent fluent with php/html. It wont be an english language website so all info should be easy to edit. Regards
