Hey I have a lot of files in more then one hard disk, i want to organize them and make sure i don’t duplicate any files. So I want to creat a python script that read and store file data in a database. I have a lot of excel files and notepad(csv), i want to drag and drop or open all those files with the script, and it will read the name, size, hash, first 10 lines, date of creation and add it as a row in the database. So when i open those files again, the script will tell me what is duplicated and has been read before and what’s not.
