I have a floating Navigational menu bar that floats as the user moves the mouse. The problem is that due to its java, it is only compatible with I.E. and I wish for it to be browser capitable with as many browsers as possible, certainly at least Netscape, it would be nice if it could be webtv compatible, as I have had some webtv visitors at my site as well as browserhawk.
