There is an off the shelve temperature switche...well but without the noise. Further I need it to be hard set at 36C, no buttons, no display. Additionally, the w1209 runs on 12V. I need it to run on 7.2V. If possible it should have a charging circuit for lipo 2s pack as well. Power source should be a micro USB charger. No idea if all this is possible.

I have a PCB Design which has been tested ok, it just needs re-designing to make it more space efficient. The tracks can be double sided but they need to be done so the PCB can be prototyped with a CNC PCB Mill. Components will be all discrete/through hole type.
