My goal is to use Social Engine as a base for a specialized web application and to write new modules as plugins for the social Engine Core. These new modules are very specialized and I plan to develop them in ZF2. There will be absolutely no modification to the Social Engine code. From my reading, I am assured that it is technically possible to use a zf1 application in a zf2 project. I have two installations of Social Engine. Need to share user tables across .I created views for user tables in second installation that selects data from user tables in first installation. Getting error: exception 'Zend_Db_Table_Exception' with message 'A table must have a primary key, but none was found for table 'engine4_user' This approach of views works well in Joomla,Oxwall etc but since Social Engine uses Zend , it seems that something is causing error. Now socialengine 4.8.7 gruop plugin photos wdget only shows photos uploaded with the widget upload link only, and do not show the photos posted from the wall. An additional page for a Social Engine powered site is needed. Eventually, this page will need to display statistics based on data pulled from a MySQL table in the site's database. This table includes a member_ID column which the page will use to determine which data the person accessing the site has permission to view. I am fairly familiar with PHP, but still new to socialengine. If, for this project, the freelancer would simply create a page that will know (based on the account on my website from which it was accessed) which data it has permission to display, I should be able to take it from there. I am recommending that this is being caused by the socialengine theme in general My host recommends optimizing the site by enhancing this theme other than possibly either upgrading to the newest version of this product.
