My project is to arrange containers with 3 inputs, divided into green, red, and blue containers, into a warehouse space with the limitations of 3 widths, 20 lengths, and 3 levels of stacking. In the plant there is a Siemens PLC, model ET200S with 60 digital inputs, 32 digital outputs and 2 analog inputs, 4-20mA. There is a PROFIBUS card on the PLC where 15 ABB inverters and two Siemens SLAVE substations with few analog inputs are connected.
