Hi, I have a LimeSurvey (), and I am getting the following errors: Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /var/www/vhosts/ on line 781 69619X62X381_1 Notice: Undefined index: 69619X62X381_1 in /var/www/vhosts/ on line 783 I get these errors AFTER the user has taken their survey, and when I go to the control panel to click on a specific survey. The problem does not happen all the time, it only happens when I try to display surveys with several labelsets that I added. The main problem I think stems from some special code another developer put in my file. This code was SUPPOSED to do some special editing, but it does not work
Hi, I need to work with a developer who is familiar with LimeSurvey. We would like to customize the email that goes to the ADMIN when a user completes their survey. Currently we have it set to send detail answers of each user that completed the survey. Also, it is not anonymous, it sends the token in the email to the ADMIN. I would like to customize it a bit, and look up the First Name and Last Name on the lime_tokens table, and include the first name and the last name with the rest of the answers to the questions. I do not think these changes would be hard for a coder who has LimeSurvey experience. Also, I would expect you to comment your code and show me exactly what code changes you make. Thanks!
Hi, I have just created a new website that has 2 PHP/MySQL applications running. This website seems REAL SLOW. I have opened several trouble tickets with the hosting company, and they assure me that the Network is responding normally. On my end, I see a slow website that hangs and takes forever to pull data from the database. I have 2 applications running... LimeSurvey and Jamit Job Board. Both applications are tested and working correctly they are both just so slow... and we don't even have that much data in the database yet. For a mental health center we need someone to convert paper based and spreadsheet based scoring of psychological tests to LimeSurvey. The project will consist of the conversion of files like the attached .xls to LimeSurvey. A number of tests do not exist in spreadsheet form yet, and will need to be converted to LimeSurvey based on the paper based forms. I am developing an application for my website that involves two surveys, a database of survey responses, and sets of reports. The surveys have been created in ASP.NET, but I would like to switch to limesurvey. Phase 2 of the project will create the reports and develop a purchasing interface. The current phase is just to get the two surveys and database into limesurvey format.
I currently use Limesurvey version 1.52. Although not the latest version I do not want to upgrade yet as we are in the middle of some live surveys and the newer version doesn't have the configuration I require. Limesurvey allows the abilty to set a question with a 'ranking' type. That is if I list 6 choices, users can rank them from 1-6. The problem is if I list 15 choices, for example, Limesurvey will generate 15 field boxes for users to rank from 1-15. This is too many for what we need. I would like to set maximum number of answers within this ranking question. So for example, I would like users to rank their top 3 choices from a list of 20. That way the list of 20 will appear with only 3 field boxes to fill. It is too combersome to rank 1-20...

I am currently using LimeSurvey 1.53 for online surveys. However, much of my audience for the surveys is individuals with disabilities. I have been able to modify the templates to use only CSS instead of layout tables, etc. When I use an array question ("Please rate the following items on a scale of 1 to 5" etc.), the software generates code for a table with embedded radio buttons. I don't have a problem with using a table here, but I do have a problem with the kind of labels given to each radio button. If there are, for example, five radio buttons for five different levels of rating, the label for each one will include the entire text of the item being rated as well as the rating level that button represents. There is a dual array question-type in the latest version of Limesurvey, which features two arrays of radio buttons. When they choose one of them, it will bring them to the second page which will reveal the results. That's it. You can use any program you have or limesurvey. We have installed JPGraph in limesurvey - and everything is installed, however I think we have messed up the paths and therefore when trying to get them to work we get: Fatal error: Class 'PieGraph' not found in blah blah. Its a windows server. Not sure what php version running, but all the guru's out there would be able to work this out quick fast. This would be a very quick fix for someone who understands paths better than I do (which is not hard!)
