Hi guys, I want to you port the following softmodem implementation to Java : The above project is a python implementation of a OFDM/QAM acoustic softmodem. The goal is to build a Java version that is capable to interact (Send/Receive) with the Python implementation. Milestone 1 : Goal - Modulation (Sender) of arbitrary binary files so that they can be received by the Python receiver. - Description of the approach - List of developed Java files - Code snippets of key modulation routines - Sample .wav file generated by the Java version that can be demodulated by the Python version. Install HylaFAX and AvantFAX on a Linux server. The modem will be a T.38 soft modem from the open H323 project. We only award the bid to companies that can provide us with 2 references of clients you did the same job for. We want to know how many faxes we will be able to send at the same time. The server has the following configuration: Linux open SUSE 10.3 2 x 2,6 GHz 4 GB RAM 100 MB internet connection You are required to configure the software with two existing SIP providers that support the T38 fax protocol and give us a 30 minute introduction on how to configure the server. The files of hylafax, avantfax and the T.38 soft modem are available on request.

Configure a Cisco 2600XM with enterprise software as a H.323 to SIP gateway with T.38 FAX-support. A Cisco 2600XM, Faxserver (HylaFAX with H323 softmodem) and an SIP-account will be avaliable for testing. It should be possible to fax from the H323 softmodem through the Cisco 2600XM to a fax using a ITSP SIP-account.

We need a simple V.23 FSK softmodem. Full source code is required and must be writen in C/C++ and compile under MS Visual C/C++ 6.0. The modem must tage ASCII sequences and output samples that can be passed to a soundcard or ISDN CAPI interface, take samples from the soundcard input or ISDN CAPI and output ASCII chars.
