Looking for a civil engineer to provide the design for a small parking lot of about 3,800 square feet currently located behind a small commercial building in Los Angeles County. This parking lot is made of asphalt and has deteriorated over the years. It is flat and rectangular in shape. Cars enter from the alley on the west side of the parking lot, which runs from west to east behind the commercial building, while the entrance to the commercial building faces east. Scenario: Have an IIS server running on one instance and SQL Server on another. On IIS if we run only one wor...one worker process (inproc) then we hit upon many spikes during the day when IIS CPU hits 100% and IIS stalls for long until the worker process shuts and a new one is spun. To avoid this stalling we are running the IIS in a web farm mode of 3 worker process(outproc, with session data in SQL server) so that even if one thread stalls, the two can process. However, in many situations, all 3 threads stall too. This would happen once every 2 hours on an active day etc. So, we need a way in which IIS can handle this. So, maybe we need to analyze the IIS image dump when the worker process is stuck or something and pinpoint the issue that needs to be fixed etc. Need to Tune the II...

We are looking for a logo design for a canned drink company inspired by Hong Kong flavors, ex. yuenyeung (coffee+tea), milk tea, lemon iced tea, etc. The can will be aluminum and the size similar to the one attached. The company is called "Joycha." The logo should incorporate some sort of Hong Kong theme and/or colors. We DO NOT want vibrant (ex Poppi) but we also DO NOT want any dull brown-colors (ex UCC Coffee). One idea for a logo was a "dai pong dong," a type of open-air stall that features "Joycha" at the top. We've attached an example but would like to see any other creative approaches.
