We have a phased, NPD process based on an excel spreadsheet of tasks. These tasks traverse multiple phases as they mature over time. The PM dispositions each task as "Required" or "Not Applicable" and then runs a VBA script we wrote to create a tab for each phase (0-4) with only the required tasks listed. We have automated some of this spreadsheet, but our knowledge is limited and we would like to get a quote to finish it. We would need to demo the spreadsheet over Teams or some other video conference medium to show you what we have and what we want to accomplish.
