What I need done is in the backend admin section there is a link to click on to create a new profile. This new profile link does not have a section to upload photos or videos to the profile. I bought the webscribble webdate dating script back in 2005. I had a dating site up and I had to QA the software because it had many bugs in the basic functioning of the program. Later on, I found out that the php for the admin center is encrypted and hosted by them. Then they did a major update to the admin panel and I got locked out of the admin center. Since my support was only for a year, I could no longer send them a ticket for support because I was unable to log into the support ticketing system. The phone was never answered and the live chat on their site was never there. So there literally was not a way to contact them anymore, the site was dead in the water.
