Once they have reached a certain site level, registered users can then vote on those submissions in the moderation queue. Once the submissions reach a threshold, they become public. N4G then has a behind the scenes ranking algo (clicks, views, comments, etc) that displays how "hot" a piece of content is. This is a key difference from sites like Digg which are voted based. We're looking for someone experienced with the Pligg social bookmarking CMS. The job is simply to create a temaple (theme) for Pligg that resembles the one used on http://n4g.com. The only additions needed to the cms is a module which displays the top 5 stories (top story larger than the remaining 4) horizontally using the thumbnail submitted by users. Winning bid will provide PSD files for template along with the completed project. It's a simple project, so we're looking for a 2 week turnaround. This shouldn't be difficult for someone experienced with Pligg. There are no milestones on this project. Payment will be provided in full upon project completion.
