My wife and I own a couple of vacation rentals. Our housekeepers require me to submit a web form (wufoo based) for every new booking we receive. I usually do this at the beginning of each month, but if a last minute booking gets added I have occasionally forgotten to go back and submit the new booking to the cleaning company. We currently use Wufoo forms to collect data from clients which is then manually entered into a fillable PDF form. We need a program written to Auto populate this PDF with the data collected on the Wufoo forms rather than having to manually enter it. We can provide both the PDF and the Wufoo information to the Freelancer. This is an Australian Government form which updates often so we will need to freelancer to also ensure updates are carried out. I have attached a copy of the Government form. Form rebuild: I have a WordPress site with an old installation. Currently it uses a form built with Wufoo. We have tried upgrading the form, using WooCommerce but it seems the installation is too old. A specific functionality of the form is that you have a choice to add each product on the site to the form (directly from the product description - see attached image). My client has built a form on Wufoo and they would like to get the design updated. The design on Wufoo can be managed by a custom css and a using a theme kit so if you know CSS, this should be a very straightforward task.
