The main idea is working in maximum exposure time (due to full well of the CMOS sensor) while cancelling relative movement of the object, but "freezing" its position by using moving mirror. The oscillating mirror should cause the camera to track the object for short period of time, increasing the number of photons accumulated per pixels of the camera.
