I’m expanding the NexWave Networks field team and need reliable hands-on support for both residential and commercial projects. On any given day you might be mounting and configuring Hikvision-style CCTV cameras with their NVRs, terminating and testing Cat-6 runs for Wi-Fi access points, or bringing a client’s smart touch panel and lighting scenes online. Your core responsibilities revolve around three pillars: installing and configuring security systems, setting up networking equipment, and rolling out smart-home solutions. That means you should already feel comfortable working with CCTV/NVR stacks, Wi-Fi routers, managed switches, video door phones, IP intercoms, access-control readers and the cabling that ties it all together. When something refuses to talk on the network,...

My built-in bathtub is draining slowly and the current stopper is ready to be upgraded. I need the drain professionally snaked to clear any hair or soap buildup, then have a toe-touch style stopper installed in its place. You’ll need to bring the right auger (manual or power, your call) plus the tools for removing the old assembly, fitting the new toe-touch unit, and testing for a tight seal so the tub holds water without leaks. Deliverables: • Drain snaked clear and flowing freely • New toe-touch stopper fitted and aligned • Final test showing proper water retention and smooth opening/closing Once everything checks out, please leave the area clean. Let me know if you prefer that I supply the stopper or if you’d rather include it in your materials.
