I run a busy outpatient practice and I’m looking for a remote, non-voice patient coordinator who can keep our front-end workflow running smoothly. Your core focus will be full-cycle patient coordination: booking appointments, tracking follow-ups, and arranging referrals. Everything is handled through our cloud-based EMR and secure patient portal, so you will be triaging incoming portal messages, emails, and internal task queues rather than taking phone calls. Day-to-day you’ll log in, review new appointment requests, slot them into the schedule with the correct provider, confirm insurance details, send preparation instructions, and record each step in the EMR.
