I do not have the dataset; it needs to be prepared and then finetuned and tested to see if it produces the correct responses as intended. This should be developed in Python or Nodejs. I want to hire on a per hour basis someone I can talk to about things I need to do to my OpenAI Quasar JavaScript application. I have an Quasar application that has OpenAI API connected to chatGPT 3.5 and I can ask a question and get a response. Now I want to use my own data.
