I am looking for a concept drawing for a single family housing community on 17.77 acres and possible a 13.1 acre parcel next to it that involves storm water management. The land falls within FEMA 1% AE zones. I need to finalize a concept plan with detailed drawings showing the layout of single-family homes and flood mitigation measures.
