This will be a combination of data entry screens to add a) Flats (flat categories0 b) Customers (both Tennats/Owners) needs to be captured as maintenance fee will be paid by tenants and owners are responsible for structural changes c) Parkings associated with Flats and Apartment complex d) Ticket capture screens e) Supplier entry screen f) Invoicing system for suppliersi g) Maintenance fee capturing facility with payment gateway integratin and generation of invoices h) Stock Maintenance i) Compliance Reports j) Various reports to help management k) Accounting Module The complete system can be done in combination of PHP, MYSQL, Java Scripts, Payment gateway integration with various gateway providers like PayU Money, CC Avenue etc. This can be decided based on the requirements. The system can also have SMS facility to send SMS for payment received or for maintenance activities planned. Vendor Management system can include as mentioned earlier Supplier capture system and payment tracking. Once all the requirements are detailed out I will be able to provide a final schedule and pricing.
