The rig is the whole job here — everything after Phase 1 is only as fast as how cleanly Miss Pumpkin is cut into layers and bound. We build the character in After Effects with a proper puppet rig, so talking, walking and lip-sync in later episodes reuse the same controls instead of re-drawing. Our studio does 3D animation film work with a full crew, so the ongoing 3-5 minute episodes have real capacity behind them. Portfolio's on my profile.
