I have all character assets (360-degree turnarounds) and background art ready. I am looking for a partner who understands efficient, modular animation to maintain high quality within a budget. The Workflow: I am not looking for 5 minutes of unique movement. The project is structured as follows: Character Animation (2 Minutes Total): Dedicated, high-quality frame-by-frame acting. This includes specific story beats (a bird interaction, a snatch-and-grab sequence, and character-specific behaviors like preening/plucking). Looping Sequences: The remaining runtime will consist of short, atmospheric loops (bird perching, looping flight cycles for arrivals/departures). Environment: Backgrounds are static images; I need atmospheric animation for water, wind in grass, and day/night lighting transitions using quick, blurred cross-fades. Just need a 4-second loop during the day for the background and 4-second loop during night. Requirements: Technique: I am looking for hand-crafted 2D animation for the characters strictly. No AI-generated video tools or automated rigging. Please consult with me first before use of AI tools. For the background I don’t mind as long as no AI artifacts occur.
