I’m setting out to create an original 2D animation in a cinematic, Ghibli-inspired style that will serve purely for storytelling and entertainment. I have a short narrative ready and now need an animator (or small team) who can carry it from concept art all the way to a polished final cut. Acceptance criteria 1. Animation length matches the approved storyboard. 2. No dropped frames; motion remains smooth throughout. 3. Color grade consistent with approved style frames. 4. Final render and source files delivered on or before the agreed date.
