Multi-Language TrafficJunky Promo Video

I need a short, promotional spot to be used on TrafficJunky. The final creative must be a 300 × 250 MP4 format, run between 25-30 seconds, stay under 1 MB, and hold every animated frame or text cue on screen for at least two seconds so it passes their QC gate. The instructions are in the file in the Tresorit link. When we’re done I will need four language variants delivered—same images, pacing, and audio bed, just the copy swapped. Please include captions or layered text that I can edit later if tweaks are required.
