I’m renovating a property and need a clear, accurate 2-dimensional floor plan that I can hand straight to my contractors. The drawing must show three key layers in a single, easy-to-read sheet: every room’s exact dimensions, the full electrical and plumbing layout, and a sensible furniture arrangement that reflects real-world scale. I’ll provide the overall room sizes and renovation goals as soon as we start. From there, I’m counting on you to translate those measurements into a neat CAD drawing (DWG or DXF) plus a clean PDF I can print on A3. Please use industry-standard symbols for outlets, switches, pipes and fixtures, and keep the furniture placement practical so I can visualise traffic flow before demolition begins. Deliverables • Scaled 2D floor plan (DWG/DXF) • Printable PDF with legend and north arrow • One round of minor revisions to fine-tune the layout If you typically work in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software, that’s perfect—just let me know which file formats you can share. Once I approve the final drawing, I’ll release full payment immediately.
