Nous disposons déjà d’un jeu de plans pour un projet architectural interne ; il reste toutefois à les mener à terme. Je cherche un dessinateur qui reprendra les fichiers sources et livrera la version finalisée des plans de construction, avec un niveau de détail élevé. Contexte – Les premières ébauches sont prêtes (DWG + PDF). – Notre équipe interne assure le suivi du projet ; votre mission se limite donc à compléter, mettre en page et vérifier la cohérence des éléments. Tâches principales • Ajuster cotations, annotations et coupes pour garantir la lisibilité chantier. • Harmoniser les couches, épaisseurs de ligne et cartouches selon notre gabarit. • Intégrer les dernières remarques techniques (réservations, hauteurs, matériaux). • Générer le dossier final PDF + DWG, prêt pour validation interne et dépôt. Livrables attendus 1. Plans de construction à jour (DWG natif + PDF haute résolution). 2. Liste synthétique des modifications apportées. 3. Fichier ZIP contenant toutes les ressources liées (polices, blocs, références externes). Indiquez dans votre proposition : – Votre expérience sur des projets architecturaux similaires. – Le délai nécessaire pour cette phase de finalisation. – Les logiciels que vous utiliserez ARCHI CAD. Je reste disponible pour vous transmettre les fichiers sources dès validation de la collaboration.
