Use a glazed acoustic partition with a pocket/sliding door to form a compact study that borrows daylight from an adjacent windowed room—retaining the sleeping zone and minimizing new walls. Create a continuous “service spine” in the hallway false ceiling to carry refrigerant lines, power, and 1–2% slope condensate to drains with access panels—reducing wall chases and easing maintenance.
