Living Room Renovation Plans

I need detailed plans for renovating the living room of an established house. The renovation will focus on removing a non load bearing wall to make the space open plan and placing French doors on the external wall leading to the backyard. We will later be redoing the bathroom , building a patio and carport which may also need to go on the plans now for the building permit unless that can be arranged at a later date Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience with residential renovation plans - Strong drafting and design skills - Past work examples in similar projects
