Minimalist Clinic 2D/3D Redesign

I have a 100 m² section of my medical center—clinics and the connecting corridor—that I want completely re-imagined. The goal is to move away from the cluttered look we have now and arrive at a clean, purposeful minimalist design. I will supply the existing floor plan, measurements and photo references; from you I need a full concept that covers layout, finishes, furniture and lighting, presented in both 2D drawings and photorealistic 3D visuals. Because the space serves multiple clinical functions, I’m open to your suggestions on zoning and mood; what matters is a streamlined flow for patients and staff, good acoustic control and easy maintenance. Any proposal must respect local healthcare regulations and ensure barrier-free access throughout the corridor. Deliverables • Updated 2D floor plan with furniture and equipment layout (DWG or compatible) • At least three high-resolution 3D renders showing key viewpoints • Annotated material / colour palette board with product codes • Source model files (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar) • One revision round after initial presentation If you have a strong portfolio in healthcare interiors and can turn concepts around quickly, I’m ready to start as soon as we agree on milestones.
