Modern 1RK Furniture Drafting

My 17 ft × 11 ft studio (1 RK) needs a complete set of design documents. I’m working room-by-room and want to kick things off with a sleek, modern TV unit that features built-in storage shelves. For this first element—and for the kitchen, loft storage, and wardrobe shutters that will follow—I need two deliverables: • Photorealistic 3D renders that show materials, lighting, and proportions clearly from multiple angles. • Production-ready 2D shop drawings (plans, elevations, sections, and all key dimensions) precise enough for a carpenter to build from immediately. I’m happy to share photos, exact site measurements right after we confirm the workflow.
