Modern Interior 2D/3D Visuals

My interior studio has several spaces ready for presentation and I need polished visuals that fuse clear 2D floor plans with photorealistic 3D renders, all in a fresh modern style. I will hand over sketches, measurements and mood boards; you translate them into client-facing imagery that makes materials, lighting and layout instantly understandable. Preferred workflow is AutoCAD or Revit for plans and SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray or a comparable toolset for renders, though I’m open to whatever you are fastest with as long as the results are crisp and presentation-ready. Deliverables • Annotated 2D floor plan (PDF + editable CAD) • At least three high-resolution 3D perspective renders per space (PNG/JPEG + source) • One revision round after first draft A typical room should move from brief to final within four days, and we’ll expand the collaboration to additional rooms once the quality is locked.
