I can show u sample. - Questions: 1) Which contract/measurement standards should all documents align to (FIDIC/NEC4; POMI/CESMM4/NRM2 vs MasterFormat/UniClass), and what WBS/CBS depth (L2–L4), currency, and tax rules are required across BOQ, invoices, and reports? 2) For CAD/BIM, what LOD/LOI, standards (ISO 19650, ISO 13567/AIA), file versions (DWG 2018, RVT 2023, SKP 2022), coordinate system, and clash tolerances do you need? Should schedules be 4D-linked and tracked via EVM with a controlled baseline? - Suggestions: 1) Build an ISO 19650-compliant template stack: file naming, revisioning, title blocks, transmittals, and shared parameters mapped to UniClass/MasterFormat codes. Use Revit families with cost keys to auto-QTO into BOQ; connect Power Query + Power BI for live S-curves, EAC, procurement, and variance dashboards; enable 4D via Navisworks/Synchro with MSP/Primavera. 2) Productize packages with a deliverables matrix and acceptance criteria, QA gates (model audits, code compliance, clash KPIs), and a FIDIC/NEC clause library.
