Are the existing drawings true as-builts (field-verified), and do you have floor-to-floor heights, roof pitch, and door/window schedules to inform accurate elevations? What output standards do you need—sheet size/scale (e.g., 1/4”=1’-0” or 1:50), title block format, layer/lineweight convention, north/base point, and deliverables (PDF/DWG/Revit)? Build this as a lightweight parametric BIM (Revit/ArchiCAD) so elevations, sections, and schedules auto-update and future changes stay coordinated. Standardize on AIA/ISO layers, annotation, and a fixed project base point to avoid coordinate drift, with a simple revision log for reliable change tracking. Action Plan: Review your existing plans and notes; issue RFI list for missing dims/heights. Set project standards and base point; create true-scale base plan/model. Incorporate all modifications and constraints. Generate dimensioned floorplans and four elevations with materials/levels. QA/QC: cross-check dims, openings, and alignment; internal checklist pass.
