Simplified 2D Floor Plan Redraw

I have a low resolution PDF of an existing floor plan and need it redrawn from scratch in clean, simplified 2D. I am not looking for a stylistic makeover—just an accurate, clearly legible reproduction that eliminates visual clutter and stray scan artifacts. The finished file must be supplied as a vector-based PDF so it prints crisply at any scale. If your workflow involves AutoCAD, Revit, or similar CAD software that is fine with me, as long as the export is a tidy, layered PDF. Acceptance criteria • All walls, doors, and windows traced precisely to the dimensions visible on the original. • Line weights and hatching kept minimal for an easy-to-read, “simplified” look. • Page size and orientation identical to the source file so I can drop it straight into my documentation set. Please include a brief note on your typical turnaround time and which software you will use. I will send the reference PDF as soon as we start. The Promenade attachments are the plans I require redrawn and the Icon Cancer Centre is a sample of how it should look.
