Single-Family Home CAD Sketch

I’m at the very first concept stage for a new single-family home and need a clear, tidy CAD sketch that pulls together the full layout in one file. The drawing should cover every major space—living areas, all bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, plus the surrounding outdoor zones like the garden and patio—so I can start testing proportions, flow, and rough furniture placement before committing to detailed plans. Level of detail: simple and schematic rather than construction-ready. Clean line work, accurate room sizing, basic labels, and overall dimensions are what I’m after; no heavy rendering or complex layering required at this point. Deliverable: • One 2D CAD file (DWG or DXF) showing the complete floor plan with the outdoor footprint included. • A PDF export for quick sharing. I’ll supply a rough hand sketch as soon as we start.
