I need a full set of 2-D architectural plans for a paying-guest building on a 150 sq-yard plot, configured as Ground + 4 floors plus headroom. Each floor must accommodate exactly four rooms, with clear notation of room sizes, attached or common washrooms, lift core, balconies, and the main staircase. Vaastu is essential: please orient the entrance correctly, place each room to respect cardinal zones, and position the staircase so it harmonises with the prescribed flow. Note that I do not have firm rules on how close the washrooms and future kitchenettes are to each other, so feel free to optimise those for plumbing efficiency. Accuracy is critical—every wall thickness, opening, and setback must be dimensioned. Provide floor-wise plans, a terrace/headroom layout, and an overall site plan. Final files should arrive both in editable DWG (AutoCAD compatible) and print-ready PDF. I will review the drawings against the Vaastu points above and verify dimensions; approval is complete when the layout reads clearly at 1:100 and all layers are tidy and named.
