Im in London W2 Queensway and i need a qualified architect to prepare lease plans for Deed of Variation and the Land Registry will only accept it once I submit an updated lease plan that meets the 2008 mapping regulations. I already have some but not that meets thees new criteria. The property is a residential dwelling with four bedrooms on one level, so the drawing has to show the full extent of the demise as well as any external areas that belong exclusively to the house or are shared. Can you attend within the next few days / week. What I need from you • A scale drawing at 1:100 or 1:200 (metric), clearly edged and colour-coded in line with LR Practice Guide 40 (supplement 2 & 3). • North point, scale bar and an OS-based location plan. • Digital PDF ready for electronic lodgement plus a print-ready version in A4. • Accuracy sufficient for first-time acceptance by the Land Registry no back-and-forth amendments.
